Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be completed by contacting customer service. Before you make your return, please contact customer service. You may return products you purchased online to any of our stores in the country to which the product was shipped. Before you do, please read our policy and the instructions below.
You may return your merchandise within 20 days of your purchase or pick-up date from store, for an exchange or refund, if eligible for return. You will be required to supply us with your original receipt and the merchandise will need to be in its original packaging. Merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange only if it has been unused, unlaundered and undamaged.
Refunds are provided in the same format that your original payment was made, if eligible for return. The refund transaction should appear on your credit card statement during the next billing cycle, usually a month after the posting date of the refund transaction. We recommend you to make a copy of the receipt before returning the goods.
