If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while creating exceptional shopping experiences, we have an exciting opportunity for a remote Customer Support Specialist (bilingual in English & French) to join our e-commerce team!

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and knowledgeable service to our e-commerce customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.
  • Support e-commerce sales, customer service, and the order fulfillment processes
  • Complete day-to-day operational tasks
  • Provide input to strategic decisions to help grow the business
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Retail Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Organized and meticulous, with excellent time management skills
  • Able to multitask responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Can exercise diplomacy in dealing with customers
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly, and authentic
  • A self-starter, who is a creative problem solver with good decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal French and English language communication skills
  • Responsible, dependable, and works well both in a team and independently
  • Previous e-commerce or fulfillment experience is an asset
