New Year, New Zzz’s: Your 2026 Sleep Resolutions

Happy New Year! It’s that time of year again, when we make resolutions to improve our health and wellbeing and build better habits that support us all year long. Except that ‘all year’ usually ends in February.
These resolutions are different, though! They’re the ones you’ll actually want to keep… ’Cus they’re about sleep! (We promise they don’t require waking up at 5 a.m.)

1. Wash Your Sheets… More Than “When They Smell”
2026 Resolution: Wash your sheets every 1–2 weeks
