We'll notify you when your in-store order is ready. For pickup, please present your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, please contact our Sleep Stylists (customer support) as soon as possible so we can make arrangements with the store.

We are also happy to arrange curbside pickup for you, at your request.

Shipping rates are based on cost of total merchandise in your shopping cart (net of taxes, coupons & other discounts) and the destination region. All shipments are automatically insured for their retail value; this service is included in the quoted shipping price.

Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Shipping fees apply to the first package unless the total product value qualifies for free shipping. Subsequent shipments within the same order incur no extra shipping or handling charges.

Oversized or Heavy Orders: Additional shipping charges may apply to orders with PO BOX address as well as oversized, large or heavy orders**. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within 2-3 business days to provide specific shipping rates and further details.

Furniture & Decor: Please note items on this page will be shipped directly from our vendor partners, separately from bedding. Customers will receive a separate tracking number. These items cannot be shipped to any of the territories, remote regions or PO Boxes within Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.

From time to time, the shipping times estimate provided may be impacted by inclement weather or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order is placed, you will receive the following emails from us:

  1. Order confirmation within 24 hours indicating that your order was received.
  2. Shipping confirmation indicating your order's shipment from our fulfillment center. For orders delivered to a physical address, a follow-up email will provide a tracking number to monitor your shipment's status, location, and estimated arrival time.

When a single order contains both bedding and furniture, expect to receive three emails, each providing updates on the delivery progress of individual items.
