WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove foam insert before washing. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, inside out with zippers closed. Use a gentle detergent. Lay cover out over a flat surface to dry. Touch up with a low heat iron or steamer as needed. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not dry clean.
Note: Before use, remove from its packaging and allow time for it to loft in an open space.

Fairly flat
I wish I loved the item but unfortunately it fell flat (no pun intended). We let the pillow try to gain it's fluffiness for a few days but unfortunately it remains soft and flat. It is so flat that it barely fills up the pillow. Essentially if you're hoping to use it as a soft and supported pillow for your back on your bed, don't count on it.
