WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove memory foam insert before washing. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, inside out with zippers closed. Use a gentle detergent. Lay cover out over a flat surface to dry. Touch up with a low heat iron or steamer as needed. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not dry clean.

I had hurt my back moving an item too heavy for me to move by myself. After two nights of sleeping the pillow on my low back the pain was gone. An added bonus was that my left knee which was swollen and painful was no longer painful or swollen. I now have two lumbar pillows, one I use between my shoulder blades to improve my posture and one at my low back to ensure that area and my knee remain pain free. I also use them when heading out on a long drive.
I have recommended this pillow to friends and family.
