Cozying up with us has some great perks. For starters, our Trades Program clients get access to special trades pricing and receive up to 20% off their orders. But competitive pricing isn’t enough to ensure your business is taken care of — we get that! That’s why you’ll have the support of a dedicated accounts specialist who will work with you to ensure your needs are met with ease. Our specialists know our products and logistics inside and out, and they’ll be happy to make recommendations, provide extra information, answer any questions, and troubleshoot any problems. In short, joining our Trades Program means our team becomes an extension of yours.
To apply for our Trades Program, simply fill out the form below. You will need to provide the following information to verify your eligibility:
- Business Name & Address
- Business Contact (email & phone number)
- Business URL
- Social Media handle of your business (if applicable)
- Business license number (if applicable)
All applicants must have their businesses verified before they are eligible for program discounts. Once we’ve received your application and confirmed your membership, a team member will contact you to go over the details.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What if I think my business qualifies, but the option isn’t listed?
No problem. Simply describe your business in a few words using the “Other” option field on the application form.
- How long will it take to get approved/how will I know if I’ve been approved?
It should take no longer than 2 business days to receive approval. Once we’ve confirmed your eligibility, we’ll email you at the address you’ve provided.
- Can I combine my trades discount with another limited-time offer?
No, you cannot combine your discount with another offer.
- Are my orders entitled to free shipping?
Your eligibility for free shipping will depend on how remote the shipping destination is, and the cost to ship to your destination from our warehouse in Burnaby, B.C.
- What if my business doesn’t get accepted?
If you are not eligible for our Trades Program, you can still enjoy great benefits by joining our 40 Winks Club (such as exclusive offers, reward certificate discounts, extended warranties, and much more!)
- How do I receive my Trades Program perks at a QE Home store?
Let a store associate know you are a member and provide the email address you used on your application. After checking your verification status, the associate will apply your trades discount to your purchase total.
- I have been verified in-store. How do I apply my discount towards an online order?
Our Trades Program team will happily assist you with your order. Please call 1-866-421-5520 (press “3”), or email us at email@example.com and be prepared to provide the email address you used on your application. You can find our hours of operation here.
- My business is located outside of Canada. Am I still eligible to participate in the Trades Program?
Yes, we welcome businesses from all over the world! Do note that shipping fees will be applied to all international orders.
