ELIGIBILITY
The QE Home 12 Days of Giveaways (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, retirees, representatives, agents, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies of QE Home, as well as immediate family members of such employees and retirees or persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter.
SPONSOR
The Contest is sponsored by QE Home, 8168 Glenwood Drive, Burnaby, BC V3N 5E9 (the “Sponsor”).
ENTRY PERIOD
The Contest entry period begins December 3, 2025 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends December 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”).
Each day between December 3–14 constitutes a separate Daily Giveaway. Each Daily Giveaway has its own 48-hour entry window, which begins when the daily Instagram Giveaway post is published and ends 48 hours later. Entries must be received within the applicable 48-hour window to be eligible for that day’s prize.
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
HOW TO ENTER
During each Daily Giveaway entry window, participants must complete all of the following on Instagram:
- Follow @qehome
- Follow the daily host influencer (“Host”)
- Like the Daily Giveaway post
- Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag = 1 entry)
- Optional: Share the Giveaway post to Instagram Stories for one (1) bonus entry

Entries generated by automated, robotic, or improvised means are prohibited. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, late, lost, or otherwise non-compliant with these Rules may be disqualified.
NOTIFICATION
Winners (“Winners”) will be notified by direct message from the verified @qehome Instagram account only.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- misdirected or undeliverable notifications
- notifications filtered into “Message Requests” or “Hidden Requests”
- technical issues that delay or prevent delivery
The Winner must:
- Respond within 72 hours of first contact
- Correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question
- Complete a Contest Release Form via email if requested
Failure to comply or respond within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected by the Host.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) Winner will be selected for each Daily Giveaway.
- Each Winner will be chosen by the daily Host influencer, not by the Sponsor.
- The Host will tabulate entries, including bonus entries, verify eligibility, and select a Winner at random.
- Winner selection must occur within 24 hours after the entry window closes.
- The Host will provide Winner details to the Sponsor for verification and prize fulfillment.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance prior to awarding any prize.
PRIZE
Each Daily Giveaway Winner will receive the prize specified in the corresponding daily Instagram post.
Prize Conditions
- All bedding-related prizes are available in Queen size only.
- No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents are permitted.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded.
- Winners must pick up their prize at a QE Home retail store of their choosing.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for pickup.
- Winner must correctly answer the required skill-testing question at pickup.
- Alternatively, Winners may elect to have the prize shipped at their own cost. Sponsor will provide a shipping quote upon request.
- Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if there is suspected or actual evidence of tampering, fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who:
- tampers with or abuses the entry process
- violates these Official Rules
- acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
Any attempt to intentionally damage any website or undermine the Contest operation may be a violation of criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RELEASE
By entering, each participant (and if a participant is a minor, their parent/legal guardian) irrevocably releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, franchisees, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from:
- entry or participation in the Contest
- winner selection
- prize acceptance or use
- technical or human error
- Instagram platform issues
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s:
- name
- Instagram username
- likeness
- hometown and province
- submitted content
for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or notice.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or corrupted entries
- technical failures (including Instagram outages or errors)
- unauthorized human or automated intervention
- network or platform errors
- data corruption
- printing or typographical errors
- any injury or damage related to participation or prize use
- inability to contact Winners due to privacy settings
DISPUTES
All disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Entrants agree to:
- the exclusive jurisdiction of BC courts
- limitation of damages to actual out-of-pocket expenses
- waiver of punitive, consequential, or multiplied damages
PRIVACY
Personal information collected will be used solely for:
- administering the Contest
- contacting Winners
- verifying eligibility
- fulfilling prizes
and will not be used for any other purpose unless consent is expressly provided.
INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Contest is in no way sponsored, administered, endorsed, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is released from all liability related to this Contest.
