To Our QE Home Community, 

The health and well-being of our team and our customers is our top priority. We all have a responsibility -- to ourselves, our families, our neighbours, the community and beyond -- to take the proper precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19. As such, we have temporarily closed all QE Home | Quilts Etc stores across the country, from March 18th until further notice.

We have encouraged our staff to stay home, stay healthy, and to take care of themselves and their families. During the closure, both full- and part-time staff will be compensated. As well, we are working to provide resources should they require additional assistance during this challenging time.

Our online store at QEHomeLinens.com will continue to be open for business.

  • The Customer Care team will be working remotely to support your orders via chat or email.
  • Our Ship to Store program has been temporarily suspended.
  • As both Canada Post and UPS have suspended their normal delivery time guarantees, you may experience a delay in receiving your online orders.
  • If your merchandise is eligible, you may return or exchange items within 60 days of your online purchase.
