No problem. Simply describe your business in a few words using the “Other” option field on the application form.
- How long will it take to get approved/how will I know if I’ve been approved?
It should take no longer than 2 business days to receive approval. Once we’ve confirmed your eligibility, we’ll email you at the address you’ve provided.
- Can I combine my trade discount with another limited-time offer?
No, you cannot combine your discount with another offer.
- Are my orders entitled to free shipping?
Your eligibility for free shipping will depend on how remote the shipping destination is, and the cost to ship to your destination from our warehouse in Burnaby, B.C.
- What if my business doesn’t get accepted?
If you are not eligible for our Trade Program, you can still enjoy great benefits by joining our 40 Winks Club (such as exclusive offers, reward certificate discounts, extended warranties, and much more!)
- How do I receive my Trade Program perks at a QE Home store?
Let a store associate know you are a member and provide the email address you used on your application. After checking your verification status, the associate will apply your trade discount to your purchase total.
- I have been verified in-store. How do I apply my discount towards an online order?
Our Trade Program team will happily assist you with your order. Please call 1-866-421-5520 (press “3”), or email us at b2b@qehomelinens.com and be prepared to provide the email address you used on your application. You can find our hours of operation here.
- My business is located outside of Canada. Am I still eligible to participate in the Trade Program?
Yes, we welcome businesses from all over the world! Do note that shipping fees will be applied to all international orders.
